In the Randburg property market at the moment I have quite a few lids (buyers) but need more pots (sellers who have plans to sell). 

Firstly let me say there are serious buyers out there looking for dream homes:

  • In the Randburg property space, I need more Sectional Title units made up of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that could go on the market for around R800,000 to R900,000 (more or less).
  • I am also looking in the Randburg property space, for more Sectional Title units made up of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms that could go on sale for between R860,000 – R1,250,000 (more or less).
  • Also, within the Randburg property areas I am looking for more Sectional Title units made up of 3 or 4 bedrooms with at least 2 or 2.5 bathrooms.  The price depending on the location of your property which is highly sought after will command at least R1,400,00 – R2,100,000 (more or less)
  • I need Freestanding homes in the Randburg property market with 3 and 4 bedrooms.  If your property has been well maintained and upgraded over the years, you will command more.  But truly I have buyers that are looking and I would love to help my buyers and I would love to help you if it’s time to get started on your Randburg property sale.
