  5. How long will it take me to sell your property?  I would say 3 months should do just fine if we are able to agree on the right price at which to list your property.
  6. How long will the transaction take? What happens with a cash sale and what happens with a cash and bond sale?
  7. What documents will I need from you as the seller and also our buyer?
  8. Which transferring attorneys should work on your property registration and why?
  9. How will communication be done between the attorneys, you the Seller and also our Buyer?
  10. What will the attorneys be doing in the background?
  11. How long till you actually need to move?
  12. Where will you move to?
  13. Do you have the finance to buy another home or will it be cash? Can I help you with that?
